My mom is 46! I need some general advice for her health.?
My mom is 46, in good shape. She does smoke.And she works a lot. For the fact that she does not seem to take enough care of herself, I would like to know some general things to do, foods to consume, vitamins and so on, to keep up a good shape, and to prevent unwanted illnesses or states ( like osteoporosis, heart problems and so on). I want to make her live a halthier way, so thanx for any advice
Well its not up to you i must say. The best thing you can do is let her live her life. only one thing i would do. help her quit smoking.
