since having a sub-total thyroidectomy in march i am taking medication and feel very unwell can anyone help?

i am on 100 mcg of levothyroxine ,1 mcg of alfacalcidol and calcichew . i feel like my bones ache and i have been told that it may cause osteoporosis . i also feel tired all the time and generally unwell. i am in constant pain with my knees , spine and hips i also have headache ,stomach cramps and feeling sick . any help on this would be welcome as it is driving my boyfriend and myself silly . i have been to my doctors recently and he doubled the dose of levothyroxine but still not feeling any better. worse if anything.

try different thyroid medicines until you find the right one for you, and also moniter it until it is level for your system.
The thryroid controls a lot of things especially your moods.
you have to have your medication at a safe level or dose for you. You will know when it is the correct dose and the correct medicine. Just ask your doctor to try you on several different types till you find one for you.
