for example, is it possible for a person to have Hypothyroidism, Growth hormone deficiency, Fetal alcohol syndrome, Osteoporosis AND asthma at the same time without having AIDS?

yes, each disease is completely independent in how it works, and so having one disease won’t mean you cant have another 1,2, 3… etc etc
