how to grow taller or increase your height?
I just turned 16 like 2 weeks ago and basketball is my life. I have always wanted to play college ball and go to the NBA. People always tell me you have to be tall to play in the league. I’m defiantly not a small person, i am 6 foot 2 which everyone says is tall for my age but my natrapath says i could grow to 6 foot 6. So how can i get to that height. Do i need a new diet, exercises? anything PLEEEEAAAAASSSEEE. I really need to get some more inches so i can over power on the court.
