
How should I adapt my sport exercises to my high height?
I’m around 6′7”, being 18. I wondered this lately – How should I train to get a nice-looking belly? I mean, I’m doing 100 push ups each morning and evening every day, yet there seems to be little effect. My shorter friends find it much, much easier to get some nice-looking muscles. Why is it so that I got it harder? Should I adapt exercises to my height somehow, or is it irrelevant and I should just increase number of exercises?
Your height has nothing to do with it.
Do situps and crunches for the stomach.
