Hi. I always took no care what so ever to my health. I always just ate junk food or whatever. So today my brother told me about my health how women suffer from their bones and such. And that I need lots of calcium and my vitamins. I am really confused on where to get all my vitamins. So I’d like to see if someone had some sort of chart:
Even though this is porbably wrong this is sort of what im looking for:

That sort of thing. So someone please help me,I’m worried about my health now and I want to eat the right things.

That site has a good table with lots of the vitamins and minerals and which foods have them. In general however, if you simply try to eat a well rounded diet, you’ll hit all your vitamin needs without calculations or tables.

I guess I should note in case you don’t know:
well rounded = following the food pyramid with servings of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, protein and limited fats and sugar.
