Help Please!! Very Important!! Pain Doctors.?

My grandmother has had osteoporosis for over 20 years and has 5 fractures in her spine. She has been in a very severe pain in her lower back for the past year and its wearing her down to where she can’t get out of bed. She has been to several doctors who never know what to do to help. I am desperate to find someone who can help her. I’m afraid if she doesn’t get help soon she won’t last for a longtime. Please if you have any advice or guidience please help me.
